WalletAnalyzer is a blockchain analytics tool that provides on-chain data analysis for Solana wallets. The Service analyzes public blockchain data including wallet holdings, transaction history, and performance metrics.

WalletAnalyzer makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or analysis
• The suitability of any trading strategies or investment decisions
• The performance or profitability of any wallets analyzed
• The availability or uptime of the Service

5. User Responsibilities

By using WalletAnalyzer, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions
• You will conduct your own research before making any financial decisions
• You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
• You will not hold JKLabs liable for any losses or damages

• Blockchain data is sourced from third-party providers (Helius, Birdeye)
• We do not verify the accuracy of all data points
• Users should verify critical information independently

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at $100 USD (paid in SOL)
• Payments are processed through NOWPayments
• Subscriptions auto-expire after 30 days unless renewed
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• Prices subject to change with notice

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may NOT use the Service to:

• JKLabs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months
