We accept payment in SOL (Solana) through NOWPayments. The process is simple:

• You'll be redirected to a secure payment page
• Pay with SOL from any wallet
• Your subscription activates automatically once payment is confirmed

No, subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before your subscription expires. If you don't renew, your access will be locked after 30 days, but you can reactivate anytime by paying again.

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments and instant access to the service, we do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any technical issues, please contact support via our contact page and we'll do our best to help.

We use real-time on-chain data from trusted providers (Helius, Birdeye). All data is pulled directly from the Solana blockchain and is as accurate as the blockchain itself. However, please note that we are not financial advisors and all data should be verified independently before making any trading decisions.

Yes! WalletAnalyzer only reads public blockchain data. We never ask for your private keys or seed phrases. If you sign up with a wallet, we use Solana wallet signing for authentication, which is completely safe.

WalletAnalyzer works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Brave. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.

We only store your account information (email or wallet address) and subscription status. We do not store your search history or analyzed wallets. All data is fetched in real-time from the blockchain.
